Culinary Classes in Haiti at La Maison Menagere Experience a part of the Haitian soul through its culinary art. Come learn typical Haitian dishes from La Maison Menagere and be mesmerized by the aroma of Haitian spices. La Maison Menagere is an award winning institution and one of the oldest and largest culinary art schools in the Caribbean. As the oldest in the island of Hispaniola, the directors are trained in Haiti, Europe and the Americas. The school offers a one and only culinary experience. The chefs are delighted to share some of the best recipes from the school’s fifty-five years of experience. Past participants have stated that many of these recipes became their favorites. Some mention that celebrations with friends are never the same - they have become a delightful explosion of the rich Haitian culture. Leave with a bit of Haiti with you. The classes are offered and enjoyed by those who simply enjoy international culinary classes as well as those more experienced chefs who want to expand their culinary knowledge. One to three day classes are offered to individuals, groups or chefs at the school in its outdoor kitchen.
